What a difference it would make,if only for each others sake,embracing who stood next to you,was required in this world so new.And as you all stood face to face,uncertain in this frightening place,this hug could transmute all the fear,now whispering that "I am here"."No harm shall come to you this day,as long as I shall have my way","You're safe inside these arms of mine,today ,tomorrow, and for all time"." You're safe, my love, I have your back,you shall not suffer an attack,As long as I am at your side,your safety you can take in stride".You're all so scared, uncertain too,of where to go and what to do,but if you knew how safe your are,this journey wouldn't seem so far.For inside the heart of EVERY man,is the child who can understand," I hold you in my arms so tight,dont fear my love, your safe tonight".

There are two stories being told in recent weeks,and they are perfect examples of the changing energy of competition,and the idea of winning at all cost.The first has been a headline in the media for sometime.A mighty athlete who was swept away in the old energyof lying and cheating his way to greatness.He was already gifted in his sport, but he wanted tobecome superhuman.at all cost.And it has cost him everything.his health, family, friends, reputation, self-respect.When so much money and fame are wrapped in a first place title,it distorts any true sense of a healthy competition.The second story is quiet, but it is picking up steam,for it shines in such contrast to the other,and shows the potential of the human spirit.In a foot race, the runner who has the lead,approaches the finish line, well ahead of all the others.At the point in the track, where the crowd has gathered,the track changes color, and the flashbulbs are blinding,he throws up his arms in victory, and slows to a walk.The crowd is screaming, but he can't make out what they're saying.If he could have heard even a single voice, he would have realizedthey were warning him that he was in error,the finish line was still several yards in the front of him!As the second place runner approaches, he has fullrealization of the situation.If he just continues forward, past his confused opponent,he will win the race, the title, and the money.But he does not.He slows to a walk beside the confused runner,telling him to run forward to the official finish line.Urging him on to secure his winning title,as he take his place as second best.This new energy won't let him win, when he knows in his heartthat his efforts, as hard-fought as they were,were not going to get him across the finish line first.He was not able to take advantage of a huge human erroron the part of the faster runner.In the old energy, this was acceptable,now it is not.He would know in his heart,that the victory was tainted,and that will no longer rest well with his soul.Winning and competition at all cost has ended.What takes its place will take some time,but it will have much greater rewards!

In the old energy of the recent past,when a violent event would occur,it was easier, and actually accepted,to remain inside that violent energyand seek retribution.There were a few like Gandhi and Mandela,who showed an example of answering violencewith non violence.That involves an extraordinary amount of courageand self-discipline.For inside the energy of violence, you have to suspendjudgement and take a breath.Inside that breath, you are able to pivot, and shift the energy.Those are three of the ingredients needed to shift from violenceto non violence.Suspend judgement,the breath,pivot inside the energy .They usually occur in that order, some can mix them,But all three must be present.In this new energy, you will find, that if you take the timeto practice this inside any situation that makes your blood boilthere will be retribution, but not in the ways that are expected.What you will bring to the planet, one person at a time,is the new way of shifting the energy of violence.It will happen inside, and at the time of the act.Remember, everything is energy,it malleable, but only when you bring consciousnessand breath, to a every situation.

Anyone who insists they have all the answers...Does not.If they try to tell you that you are broken, or damaged,and pass judgement on how you navigate your relationship with Spirit,Run in the other direction!We are not kidding!If that someone is not open to healthy debate,and cannot be questioned, without turning it back on you,and using that discernment in action, against you,They are at a different level of understanding,and cannot be reasoned with.Do not try.That being said, you should never have to reason with anyone,while expressing your beliefs.There is no "right" way to any of this.There are only different approaches.You do not have to try to "win" someone over to your way ofbelieving.Just as you do or have to go on the defensive and justify yours.Go to your heart, if an interaction feels off,you will know!NEVER GIVE YOUR POWER AWAY!to any person, organization , or energy.

dis·ci·pline [dis-uh-plin] noun, verb, dis·ci·plined, dis·ci·plin·ing.noun1.training to act in accordance with rules; drill: military discipline.2.activity, exercise, or a regimen that develops or improves a skill; training: A daily stint at the typewriter is excellent discipline for a writer.3.punishment inflicted by way of correction and training.4.the rigor or training effect of experience, adversity, etc.: the harsh discipline of poverty.5.behavior in accord with rules of conduct; behavior and order maintained by training and control: good discipline in an army.This word is a double-edged sword.When practiced toward yourself, it can be very beneficial.But it is very easy to go too far!Being self disciplined, especially in the matters of the mind,is a key component of wrangling this new energy.If you are lazy....you will feel crazy!!Letting your life lead you, without any skill or discipline,will feel like living inside a pinball machine!Allowing your life to happen...takes discipline.It sounds counterintuitive, we know,But it involves disengaging the mind,and living from the heart,and that takes practice.It is easy to go too far.this self-discipline.You can think that denying yourself earthly pleasures,good food, nice things, sleep,travel, friends,these exercises in training yourself to be "the best"are beneficial.They are not.They are using discipline as a self-inflicted punishment,which eventually kills your spirit.We are calling your attention to this word.You will make mistakes, and that is okay.Self correct as you godevelope the skills it takes to gently steer you life,to discipline your mind,without breaking your heart.

What you THINK you need...It can be extremely confusing inside those heads of yours at times!SO MANY voices telling you what to do,what you need...and who you are.Always that one LOUD voice that shouts out your limitations.Oh..he's a charmer.Often with the voice of your mother or father,He's able to yell over the loudest compliment,drown out the applause,Even turn a wonderful moment into pure hell.He is the King of sabotage,With his express route from the heart to the head.Where he re-directs every dream and heart's desire,to the scales of "reasonable"and "practical ".Weighing in before judgement, doubt and fear.Where they don't stand a chance!Then there are the triplets!these guys are un relenting with their critique.They are Coulda, Shoulda, & Woulda!Even when a situation or relationship SEEMS to happen flawlessly,Here comes this team of "experts" to sift thru every detail,and fill your heads with what Coulda been better,All the things you Shoulda said,and if you had only followed their sage advice,just look at what Woulda happened!And you wonder why your stress levels are so high,and you just can't seem to catch a break!You are NOT those voices, those cynics and critics!YOU are the listener!Step back and ask yourself...Are these guys my friends?Do they wish me well?Do they have something of value to add to my life?Or are they just a bunch of loudmouth sideliners,Self proclaimed experts at a game they never have the courageto play?YOU be the judge.

Each day as you transition from sleep,we recommend setting the tone for the day.Just as your consciousness starts to ground itselfin the reality of this world,Use the energy that surrounds you,for it is waiting for instruction.Will this be a day of opportunity?How about resolution?Do you have many scenarios that could resolve themselvesin several different ways?Set the tone for the outcome you desire.As you start to wake up,Imagine the energy swirling and envelopinga person, place or thing specific to that day.This energy has your highest good at its heart.As it surrounds each thought, each intention,the outcome is set.If you have more thoughts of conflict,there WILL be conflict!If you desire a resolution to your benefit,the energy will conspire to make that happen!If you set the tone of loveor peace,or prosperity,hold it in your mind,then set it in your heart.What you desire each day,and things you can not yet imagine,are all standing, ready, waiting for their instruction.

Have you noticed that when walking the shoreline,navigating the wet sand along the water's edge,How it can be a metaphor for walking thru life?The sand feels nice on your feet,as the roughness of the grains, smooth the rough patches.Some places are older, time-worn,the sand is packed tighter, and your footing is solid,you may even be able to run with ease,leaving a perfect footprint behind.Then you will come across places that are newly wet,they have just met the sea.This is where your stride slows, as you walk slowly,deeply even.There is a suction to this sand, and what's left behind you aremore like holes,that fill with water almost as soon as your foot leaves the ground.You must be more deliberate walking here,choosing your footing carefully, there is no running,just slow, deep, careful steps.The water may even rush up and try to knock you off-balance,so you plant your feet,and sometimes even stop walking for a time.At which point your feet are buried to ankle,and it takes strength and balance to continue on your way.Did you notice that as you look back,any sign you walked there has been washed away?That perfect footprint has vanished.So have the big holes you left behind.Filled in, smooth and wet, and ready for someone elseto leave their mark.There is no sign of any struggle, of your loss of balance.It is forgotten, it doesn't exist.And if you look ahead, just more smooth sand in which to leaveyour prints.Will you walk in the older hard packed sand?maybe even follow in the footprints of others?Or will you venture closer to the edge,to the very new, very wet sand?knowing any misstep is forgotten, washed away.There are no prints to follow there,just a clean slate, a fresh stretch of beach.And you move forward, one foot at a time...

Children are mirrorsof aspects of ourselves that are lost.They show us innocence and wonder,as they look at the world thru unveiled eyes.They show us pure expression of emotion,no filters, no shame, no judgement at all.Huge tears of sorrow can turn to pure bliss in minutes!They posses a willingness to forgive,disappointments are forgotten,when they are in yours arms,there is only love.They remember the truth,their eyes twinkle with the wisdom,that they are magnificent souls disguised as children.Put into our care for a very short time,to mirror back to us,lost pieces of ourselves,that time has scattered to the wind.Do not try to change them or break them,they are here to help us remember home,and who we REALLY are.

MoneyMoney is so interesting...it is the representation of energy,given as an exchange for a service,or for something you need ...or want .The problem arises when you layeremotions onto what is just a physical symbolof barter.The way things are set up here,it is required that there be an EVEN exchange of energy,that accompany any trade.If the balance of that exchange is off in any way,that is when resentment takes hold,and anger is soon to follow.If too little is paid, the person who provided the service or itemof desire feels slighted.And the reverse is true if the amount is too great.The receiver feels taken advantage of, and here comes the anger..again!Wars have been fought over this!Enough!It is time to put this money thing into perspective.Take a good look at your emotional relationshipwith money,for it will tell you volumes about your relationshipwith life.Do you have feelings of love and gratitude for money,the symbol of your energy?Does it flow smoothly and efficiently,in and out of your life, with little emotional layering?Maybe just joy, and wonder even, that you are able to get the things you need?And these days it is almost all invisible, just the push of a button,or the handing of a card that represents your holdings!But many of you still find yourselves nervous, worried,scared and even furious, reading an amount,a bank balance or "bill" on a piece of paper!...or a computer screen!We recommend that you clean up your feelings regarding money.Become its friend!respect what it represents,It is your energy,It represents in the physical, your life forceused for exchange.Layer thoughts of thanks, the emotion of Graditude for a change.Feel empowered by the flow in and out of this energy.Know that there is always enough,if you don't pinch it off with thoughts of lackand layers of worry, resentment and anger.Free this up,and you will notice a huge difference.

Being selfish has all sorts of negative connotations,but sacrificing your own happiness for that of another,Is never the way to live a life!Looking after your own happiness and well-being first and foremost,has the effect of spreading to those around you,sharing your energy of self-care.When you give up yourself,give away your power,sacrifice your happiness,and deplete your joy,you become a hollow shell,and your contribution is minimum.If you are feeling used up,It is essential to take the time to replenish your reserves.This can only be done by being selfish.Do not answer your phone!The person on the other end will be fine!you are not that important to their survival,But your are crucial to your own!Cancel plans that feel draining to you.The person on the other end will survive!I promise, you are not that important to their well-being,But you are to your own.Read a book,take a bath,watch a movie,take a nap!Say "no" when it doesn't feel right.trust yourself,you will know when to say "yes "again!Becoming more selfish, in the fullest sense of the word,will enable you to actually give more.It seems counterintuitive, but we challenge you to try it a couple of times.You will be amazed at how authentic you start to feel,and your body will reward you with increased energy,and your soul with increased peace.

Surrounding yourself with the bestis going to facilitate your journey thru lifein these days to come.The best food, and by that we mean, freshest, with the minimum of processing.Best also means in this context, grown in soil that is uncontaminated,and free of chemicals that can harm the body, the cells.Lots of fresh water is critical to your well-being.Hydration plays a huge part in how you move energy thru the body.If you become dehydrated, you will literally have a "burnt out" feeling.Your cells need a lot of water, again with minimum of processing.The most important aspect of insisting on the best,are the people you surround yourself with.Look around your life, and reflect on who contributes to yourlife, your energy, your soul,and who depletes it.Several will come to mind immediately, and some are hiding in the shadows and will reveal themselves as the year progresses.Please as soon as you have the realization, remove these people to a less important or constant role in your daily life.Do it with love, and kindness,It will really help you feel better, and it will serve them as well.Start insisting on the best, and it will be reflected in your life.

You CAN be trusted!You have become reliable.Each thought now runs thru this filter of trust.Can you trust that thought to lead you to your best life?That has been a sticking point for many.You have a knowing now, of which voice you can trust.You are now showing up for your own best interests.Not for the quickest fix, nor the instant gratification.You are reliable , smart and patient.You heed the whisper, not the yell.The tug at your heart, not the clamor of the mind.You've become skilled at knowing the difference betweensubstance and folly,no more chasing your own tail,or spitting into the wind.Congratulations! the best lives lived are based in self-trustand reliance.
